Assist senior sales engineers in preparing quotes, proposals, and product selections.

Support customer enquiries via email, phone, and onsite visits.

Help maintain records, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities.

Technical Understanding

• Develop strong product knowledge across all relevant technical areas.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Participate in product training sessions, demonstrations, and workshops.

Customer Interaction
