Job summary

Denbighshire County Council is looking for an Apprentice LGV Mechanic to join our busy Fleet Maintenance Team at Fleet Services, Bodelwyddan.

You will work alongside skilled mechanics, learning how to inspect, maintain, diagnose and repair a wide range of fleet vehicles to the highest safety standards while earning an apprentice wage. Appointment subject to satisfactory references. For discussions, call Mark Crompton on 01824 708464.

Apprentice LGV Mechanic

Salary: Apprentice Rate – after 12 months in post or at age 19 (whichever is the last to occur) pay will be in accordance with National Minimum Wage

Contract: Fixed Term until 31/08/2029

Hours: 37 per week

Location: Fleet Services, Bodelwyddan (LL18 5XE) – On-site
