Barhale is seeking a Site Agent to manage civil and water projects from site level, ensuring delivery to programme, quality and health and safety standards. You will work with Contracts/Project Managers, engineers and QS to achieve targets and client satisfaction.
The role requires a Civil Engineering background, CDM/NEC/JCT knowledge, and a proactive approach to cost control and risk management. Competitive salary, full-time, based in St Albans.

The Site Agent will be responsible for managing the construction site to achieve the required project delivery in line with customers’ objectives, while maintaining standards of health and safety, quality, environmental impact, and cost control. You will be responsible for delivering various projects to the specified quality, within the required programme, and with maximum commercial performance.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Contracts Manager/Project Manager, engineers, and quantity surveyors to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner whilst customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.
