Step Teachers Ltd is recruiting for a Year 3 Teaching Assistant at a welcoming Suffolk primary school, supporting Lower Key Stage 2 learners and SEND pupils. The role focuses on building confidence, independence and a love of learning during this important stage.

• Understanding of Key Stage 2 learning and development
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
