Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is currently seeking a self-motivated Quality Auditor to ensure compliance with current legislation and company procedures. The role requires extensive experience in quality auditing within a food manufacturing setting and knowledge of HACCP.

Salary is up to £35,000 depending on experience, with rotating shifts and potential for permanent employment after a successful trial.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Internal Auditor in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience running internal, customer and GMP audits.
• Knowledge of HACCP level 2/3 is advantageous.

• Assist with product development, sample prep, production trials and plant monitoring.

Job description

The Best Connection are currently looking for a self-motivated Quality Auditor to ensure compliance with current legislation and all Company procedures.

To ensure success as a Quality Auditor, you should possess in-depth knowledge of product standards and extensive experience as a Quality Auditor in a similar industry.

Salary: Up to £35,000 based on experience.

Hours: Rotating shift, 1 Month early - 1 Month late.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that food safety and quality objectives are always met.
• Review out of specification results and implementing corrective actions
• Assist with new product development, sample preparation, production trials, DAF plant monitoring and taste panel as required
• Any other reasonable work that is requested by the Head of Technical to ensure the smooth running of the department and the Company.

What we are looking for:

• An experienced Internal Auditor with experience working in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience running internal, customer and GMP audits
• Exposure to high risk/high care food production processes is advantageous
• Candidates should possess Knowledge of HACCP level 2/3
• Candidates MUST be flexible due to the requirement for rotating shifts.
• Candidates MUST live locally or drive due to the remote location
