As a Planner, you’ll be right at the start of the process, turning work requests into clear, achievable plans that set our operational teams up for success. You’ll be a key link between customers, operational colleagues and systems, making sure everyone knows what needs to happen, when, and how.
This is a fast-paced role, ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem‑solving and being the go‑to person when things need sorting.
You have experience working in a busy, fast-moving environment where priorities change and decisions need to be made quickly.
You’ll be highly organised, confident communicating with a wide range of people and comfortable using IT systems to manage work and data. A customer-focused mindset is essential, along with the ability to stay calm, focused and proactive when juggling multiple tasks.
