Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC, via Miller & Carter - St Albans, is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You’ll mentor staff, drive service standards, and act as Duty Manager when needed in a fast-paced steakhouse environment.

The role includes progression opportunities, a 3-day Steak School training, and a range of staff benefits such as meal and brand discounts, pension, and paid holidays.
