Job summary

Kids Planet Apley is seeking a Senior Early Years Educator to join our caring team. You’ll support the Room Leader, deliver high-quality care and learning experiences, and ensure activities align with the EYFS framework.

We offer training through KP Academy, enhanced leave, wellbeing rewards, and a friendly central support team. Must have UK Level 2 in early years and strong safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must hold at least a Level 2 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences aligned with EYFS.
• Assist teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children's learning, curiosity, and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children and families in an inclusive, welcoming environment.
