Kids Planet Barrow is recruiting a Senior Early Years Educator to join our close-knit nursery team. You will support room leaders to deliver high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework.

How you'll make a difference as a Senior Early Years Educator:

• By working closely with the Room Leader to guide and support teams in delivering high-quality care and learning experiences, ensuring all activities align with the EYFS framework.
• Through assisting teams in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging activities that promote children's learning, curiosity, and development.
• By building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.

What a Senior Early Years Educator needs:

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Excellent understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
