Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Machine Operator / Warehouse Operative in Loughborough. You’ll operate slitter/rewinder machinery and label applicators, supporting warehouse tasks and ensuring high-quality output.

You must have at least 2 years of machine operating experience and a valid FLT licence. Own transport is required due to shift times. Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with a 1-hour lunch break. Salary is £16.00 per hour, with holiday pay accrual.

Job description

We’re currently looking for an experienced Machine Operator / Warehouse Operative to join a busy team in Loughborough.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating slitter/rewinder machinery and label application machinery, helping to produce high-quality products.

A valid FLT licence (Flexi) is essential, as you’ll also support the wider warehouse operation, including:

• Goods-in and goods-out
• Picking and packing
• Quality control
• Operating production machinery
• Working effectively both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• You must have at least 2 years of machine operating experience
• You must have an in-date FLT licence (Flexi)
• Have your own transport due to shift time and location
• Be hardworking, a team player, and have good planning skills.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. You will get a 1 hour lunch break.

You will be paid £16.00 an hour for your hard work.

Holiday pay will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.
