Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a Class 2 (C) driver for a temp-to-perm role based at Breighton Airfield, YO8 6DJ. You will operate a Class 2 vehicle delivering timber to sites across West Yorkshire and the Midlands, with a Monday–Friday pattern and a modern fleet.

In this role you’ll complete daily checks, ensure loads are strapped safely, and adhere to all driving regulations while providing a professional, customer-focused service. Immediate induction and ongoing training offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence and CPC with Tachograph card.
• Prior Class 2 driving experience preferred.
• Good understanding of driver hours and working time regulations.
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety.
• Full-time and temp-to-perm eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timber products to customer sites.
• Secure, strap, and unstrap loads safely.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and complete transport documentation.

The Role

Operating a

Class 2 (C)

vehicle

Delivering timber products to customer sites

Requirements
