Job summary

Nacro is seeking a Housing Support Worker in Scunthorpe. This full-time, on-site role focuses on providing person-centred support to vulnerable adults, including prison leavers and those on bail or licence, to maintain safe and suitable accommodation and develop independent living skills.

You will assess support needs, create safety plans, assist with housing applications and benefits, support tenancy sustainment, manage safeguarding and tenancy risks, and coordinate with probation, housing

Qualifications

• Experience in housing support or related roles.

• Ability to work with multi-agency partners.
