Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a busy new-build housing site in Scarborough. The role involves carrying out pre-plastering preparation and general skilled labouring duties to ensure properties are ready for plastering.

You will prepare walls, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and work efficiently to meet site deadlines. A CSCS card is required, and ongoing work is available for the right candidate with competitive pay dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Pre-plastering or skilled labouring experience on site.
• Experience on new-build housing developments preferred.
• CSCS card present.
• Good understanding of site health and safety.
• Reliable, hardworking and punctual; able to work independently or in a team.
