Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a busy new-build housing site in Scarborough. You will carry out pre-plastering preparation and general skilled labouring duties to ensure properties are ready for plastering.

The role involves working on a live housing site with a focus on safety, reliability and teamwork, delivering tasks to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-plastering or skilled labouring.
• Experience on new-build housing preferred.
• Valid CSCS card and good site health & safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pre-plastering preparation work.
• Prepare walls and surfaces for plastering.
• Do general skilled labouring on a new-build housing site.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
