Job summary

Greggs plc is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced shop, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations when the Manager is away.

You will inspire the team, prepare food, manage displays, keep the shop clean, and drive a brilliant in-store and online order experience across channels, with weekly pay and extensive colleague benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Reliability and leadership under busy conditions.
• Ability to motivate a team and maintain shop standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspire the team to deliver amazing results and maintain the excellent standards of the shop
• Lead by example and serve our customers in a fast and friendly manner
• Prepare our much-loved products, including making sandwiches and managing the ovens
• Ensure our displays are fully stocked at all times, with plenty of choice available for our customers

Salary: £14.00 per hour which includes a 20p per hour band increment.

About the role

Join us as a Shift Manager and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first.As part of the management team,you’llbe responsible forlooking after the shop when the Managerisn’taround. You will engage and motivate the team, and make sure they have what they need to do an amazing job.We serve our customers acrossa number ofdifferent channels; in-shop, delivery,Click+Collect and drive thru.You\'lllead the way inmaking sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
