Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, Service Technician, or Diagnostic Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a busy team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical, electronic, and mechanical faults using the latest diagnostic systems.
• Carry out complex repairs including engine, transmission, braking, and major component work.
• Perform vehicle health checks and inspections, identifying additional work requirements.
• Complete accurate job cards and repair documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technology through manufacturer training.
• Work collaboratively within the aftersales team to deliver excellent customer service.
