Job description

We are looking for an experienced assistant site manager for a development of new luxury homes and apartments in Sale Manchester. The role involves managing the site team, Prioritizing tasks and working to tight deadlines. Quality checks and documentation. Reporting to the senior site manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the site from housekeeping and PPE checks to creating snagging lists and back checking snags. We have at least 18 months work in front of us to complete this project with future works in the pipeline. We are looking for an experienced manager who can work as a team with very clear communication skills.

This vacancy is on contract via CIS deductions with free parking very near the site.
