OakRay Care is a family run business on the Isle of Wight and the New Forest, providing residential care for the elderly. We operate Fairhaven Care Home in Ryde, caring for up to 21 residents with Good dementia care support.

We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Night Care Assistants to join our friendly, supportive team at Ryde. NVQ2 in Health & Social Care is required, you must be able to administer and record medication, lead a team and be flexible with shift patterns.

Fairhaven Care Home provides high quality residential and dementia care services for up to 21 elderly residents, and has a CQC rating of Good.

Skills and abilities required:

• you must have a minimum NVQ2 in Health & Social Care
• you must be able to administer and record medication
• you should have the ability to be able to lead a team, and have good communication skills
• you need to be flexible in your working hours to fit in with the shift pattern.

These are full time roles of 36 hours a week.
