Job summary

Living Support 4 U Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with regulator requirements, and lead a growing private domiciliary service.

You will work closely with senior management to coordinate high-quality care, manage the regulated office activities, and drive client acquisition, risk assessment, QA visits, and staffing to deliver person-centred care across the service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Care Manager or ability to register and serve as Registered Manager.
• Proven track record in leading domiciliary care services.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, CQC/Regulator requirements and governance.

What will you be doing as a Registered Care Manager:

You will be overseeing and working in the heart of a team, running the day-to-day operations of the offices of a company that is still growing, ensuring compliance with all governing body requirements and legislation relevant to the service. Your duties will include:

• Working closely with senior management to coordinate the development of a high quality private domiciliary service
• Acting as the Registered Manager, managing the regulated activity for the office
• Promoting the highest standards of service with a focus on person centred care
• Managing the process of client acquisition from initial contact to conversion
• Carrying out planning and conduct risk assessments
• Ensuring successful operation of quality control systems and performing quality assurance visits for clients
• Reviewing and improving processes
• Managing complaints and incidents, carrying out investigations and using those findings to initiate improvements
• Ensuring relevant reports are forwarded to relevant bodies
• Networking in the local community and via digital media to raise awareness of the service
• Providing inspired leadership to the team making sure that exceptional service is delivered to the clients and workloads are managed accordingly ensuring safe staffing levels
• Dealing with HR including recruitment, training and disciplinary issues with advice from the HR Provider
