Job summary

NRL Group is seeking an experienced OT/ICS cybersecurity architect to lead secure design and risk assessments for critical national infrastructure projects at a Reading site. You will apply IEC62443, NIS Regulations, and ONR principles while coordinating with regulators and senior stakeholders.

This on-site role at AWE requires strong client-facing consulting能力, engagement with bids, and a track record in safety-critical environments.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, architecture, and risk management.
• Expert understanding of IEC62443, NCSCCAF, NIS Regulations, and ONRSAPs.
• Proven background in safety-critical, regulated, or high-hazard environments.
• Consulting experience with strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Active UK DV clearance (essential).
• Recognised certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP.

This role is on-site at AWE, Reading. Given the level of clearance required, on-site presence is essential to meet project and security requirements.
