Job summary

KFC UK&I is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead from the front, own the restaurant performance, and build a team that doesn’t just meet standards but exceeds them. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage shifts, and keep operations running smoothly to deliver an outstanding dining experience.

You’ll coach and develop your team, control stock and rosters, and maintain compliance while delivering the brand promise.
