KFC UK&I is looking for a hands-on leader to join our team and own the day-to-day operations. You’ll drive performance, shape the guest experience, and keep the restaurant running smoothly while building a welcoming atmosphere.

You’ll train and coach crew, own KPIs, manage rosters and stock, and ensure compliance. We hire people, not just staff, and you’ll help create a place where guests and colleagues feel at home.

About the role

Support the team, take charge of the day-to-day,and help hit those performance goals while ensuring your team doesn't just meet expectations, but crushes them.
