Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking an experienced Wood Machine Operator with an FLT licence to join a busy manufacturing site in Featherstone. The role offers rotating shifts from 06:00 to 15:45 and 15:45 to 01:30, 37 hours per week, with pay £14.70 per hour rising to £15.70 after 12 weeks.

Temp to perm for the right candidate, own transport is required. Duties include operating CNC wood machines and beam saws, plus general warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• FLT Counterbalance licence is required.
• Previous machine operating experience is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience with an MRP system is preferable.

The Best Connection are looking for experienced Wood Machine Operators with an FLT licence to work in a busy manufacturing environment in Featherstone (WF7)

Hours: Monday to Thursday rotating shifts- 06:00-15:45/ 15:45-01:30am (37 hours per week)

Pay: £14.70 per hour (Increasing to £15.70 per hour after 12 weeks)

This role is Temp to Perm for the right candidate.

Own transport is required due to the location and shift times.

Duties and requirements:

• Operating Beam saw machines
• General warehouse duties as required
• Previous machine operating experience is required
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing role is required
• Use of information technology required with preferable experience with an MRP system
