Advantage Healthcare in Ashington near Pulborough is hiring a Complex Care Assistant to join our team.

You’ll work with a young gentleman in his early twenties with cerebral palsy, delivering personal care, PEG medication administration, seizure support, and meaningful social interaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care settings or similar preferred.
• Willingness to undergo full training and clinical support.
• Driver with full UK licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to a young gentleman with cerebral palsy.
• Administer medications via PEG and monitor seizures.
• Support meaningful social interaction and daily activities.
• Collaborate with a caring team to maintain high standards of care.
