ILA Self Directed Support Forth Valley is seeking a Care Worker / Personal Assistant to join a small team supporting a 37-year-old wheelchair-using employer in Polmont. The role is part-time, on-site, and requires good communication, reliability and discretion.
Working pattern is 12 hours per week, with 2 hours daily Monday to Friday 8:30am–10:30am, plus every second weekend for 6 hours across Saturday and Sunday. Rate of pay is £16 per hour gross.

Employer is non-verbal but mentally aware/ understanding and needs someone with good communication skills who is reliable and trustworthy.
Tasks will include:
