Job summary

Manpower UK Limited is seeking a Junior Merchandiser in Peterborough to procure products, secure stock, and support range introductions. You will work with senior managers to identify opportunities to improve margins and negotiate supplier terms in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have prior buying or procurement experience, strong forecasting abilities, and excellent stakeholder management. A comprehensive training programme is provided in a supportive, flexible setting.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our growing team based in Peterborough. You'll be responsible for procuring products, ensuring stock is secured on competitive terms and available when required.

Working alongside the General Manager and Category Managers, you'll identify opportunities to improve margins, negotiate better supplier terms and support the introduction of new product ranges.

• Salary of £35,000 - £40,000
