Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for the Marmalade Pot in Paisley to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of.

You will master the menu, train and inspire Chefs, and ensure health and hygiene standards while managing ordering, prep and stock. The role offers a path to progression and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership and team supervision.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
