• Prepare and bake a wide range of cakes, savoury items and specialty items
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and assembling baked products
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery area in compliance with food safety regulations, including closing down the kitchen at the end of the day
• Portion and box traybakes, packaging orders for wholesale and retail customers
• Bake and decorate celebration cakes and Wedding Cakes, attending venues to deliver
• Follow all food safety procedures and hygiene standards to guarantee product quality and customer safety
• Support inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying management of supplies needed
