Job summary

Goldstar Chefs, on behalf of a Premium Indian Dining Restaurant in London, seeks an experienced chef to prepare complex South Asian dishes and lead a kitchen team. • Gross salary package: Circa £40,000 (incl.share of tronc/serv.chge+target led bonus)**

Your role involves skillful preparation of complex South Asian dishes and specialties specific to the regional theme of the establishment and its menus. You will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties commensurate with job role, including training and supervising of Commi Chefs and other junior kitchen staff, and assist in the company's impending apprenticeship scheme.

To qualify for selection, you must have the following minimum requirements: -

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Experience in the preparation of authentic high quality South Asian cuisine & specialties
• Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring & formulation
• Ideal previous experience of at least 3 years in role
• Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
• Resident within commutable distance of up to one hour
