Job summary

Octane Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced LCV Technician for a long-term role in Newcastle. You will service and repair light commercial vehicles, diagnose electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults, and may perform MOT testing if qualified.

The package includes a basic up to £36,730 plus a £1,500 sign-on bonus and overtime at 1.25x. A birthday day off and life assurance are also provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum or equivalent to NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience as an LCV Technician is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles.
• Electrical, mechanical and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair.
• MOT testing duties if qualified.
