Job summary

Haven in New Quay, Wales is seeking a Lifeguard to monitor pools, safeguard swimmers and provide first aid when needed, ensuring guests have a safe and enjoyable water experience. You will join a friendly team, work flexible hours including weekends, and benefit from comprehensive training and career development through Haven's programme.

A current NPLQ certificate and DBS clearance are required. This role offers opportunities to advance within the Haven network and contribute to a high standard

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and rescue as needed.
• Enforce facility rules to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of pool equipment and facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pool area.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with inquiries.
