Job summary

The West Brom in Shirley is seeking a Relief Customer Service Advisor for a part-time role to support our branches in the cluster. You will provide outstanding service and assist customers with their needs, from products to services, building trust and a positive banking experience.

With 20 hours per week (09:00–14:00 on weekdays, 09:30–12:30 Saturdays), you’ll help customers on-site and across branches, staying up to date on our products and keeping branches safe at opening and closing times.

• Staying up to date on all our products and services so you’re always ready to share your knowledge and support with our customers.
• Keeping things safe and sound in branch, especially when we’re opening and closing for the day.
• Supporting our local branches and embedding deep roots in our local communities.
• You’ll work across different branches in the cluster, helping customers that visit our branches or phone our Customer Contact Centre too.

Location: Shirley Branch (Providing occasional cover in Redditch and Knowle branch)

Salary: £14,241 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 20 hours per week (09.00 – 14.00, Monday – Friday / 09.30 - 12.30 Saturday)
