Hours: Part-time, 3-5 per week

Job Summary

I’m a 23-year-old non-binary, disabled adult (autistic and ADHD) looking for a supportive, kind, and reliable PA to help me live more independently. If you value dry humour, honesty, and genuinely understand (or are willing to learn about) neurodivergent communication, we might just get on!

The role includes support with day-to-day planning, typing while I speak, phone calls, supporting me to keep up with work emails. Body doubling (supportive presence) is essential, and I need someone who’s hands‑on, validating, and won’t brush things off with “it could be worse.”

Fit Criteria

• Funny, sarcastic, and human (mistakes welcome!)

• Patient, calm, and a good listener
• Animal-loving (we’re talking dogs, cats, guinea pigs… even sheep!)
