The Best Connection is actively recruiting a General Operative to join a busy manufacturing site in Ludlow. This long-term role offers a temporary period with the potential to become permanent, full training provided and a friendly team environment.

You will operate machinery, assemble products, perform quality checks and help with packing for dispatch. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

• Experience in manufacturing/production is preferred but not essential.
