CIMSPA is seeking a Governance and Compliance Administrator (Part-time) to support our governance and safeguarding responsibilities across the organisation. Based in the UK with a hybrid pattern (1 day remote), you will handle complaints, administer meetings, and maintain records to uphold high standards of governance and accountability.

We're looking for an organised, detail-focused and personable Governance & Compliance Administrator to join our Governance and Compliance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex processes, managing sensitive information with professionalism and supporting high standards of governance and accountability.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll be at the heart of our governance and compliance activity, supporting complaints management, governance processes and safeguarding responsibilities across the organisation.
You'll:
-Act as the first point of contact for complaints and concerns received by CIMSPA.
-Coordinate and administer complaints, disciplinary hearings and appeals.
-Support board, committee and panel meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking.
-Maintain accurate governance records, reports and documentation.
-Help monitor governance activities and support assurance reporting.
-Provide professional support and guidance to colleagues, members and stakeholders.
-Act as CIMSPA's Deputy Safeguarding Lead, supporting safeguarding administration and processes.
