London Chigwell Prince Regent Hotel, part of the Signature Collection By Best Western, is looking for a Hotel Maintenance Team Member. You will perform hands-on maintenance to ensure guest comfort and contribute to a safe, well‑kept environment.

The role involves basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks, responding quickly to emergencies, and supporting preventative maintenance with the hotel team.

• Assist with routine inspections of hotel facilities and equipment, spotting issues early and helping prevent disruption.
• Support the delivery of preventative maintenance programmes that keep everything working as it should.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely and in line with health & safety guidelines and procedures.
• Take pride in maintaining clean, tidy, and safe working areas at all times.
• Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and wider hotel team, supporting tasks and projects as required.
• Assist with coordinating contractors and suppliers, helping ensure work is completed to a good standard and within agreed timescales.
• Keep accurate records of work completed, parts used, and any relevant costs.
• Communicate clearly about issues identified, actions taken, and follow-up required.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Day-to-Day Maintenance Support
