Job summary

Potens is seeking a Female Support Worker for our service in Llandudno. You will provide 1-1 support, promote independence, and help residents access the community in a busy residential setting.

This role involves personal care, flexible shifts including weekends and sleep shifts, and building strong relationships with residents and external partners.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and multitask to suit the people we support.
• Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels.
• Ability to execute and deliver, whilst staying positive under pressure.
• Hands-on, quick learner, flexible in tasks and activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 support to residents and promote independence.
