Job summary

Creative Support is seeking kind, calm Female Support Workers to join our service in Waterloo, Liverpool, supporting 5 individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorders in their own self-contained apartments.

You will go the extra mile to help service users enjoy a high quality of life, gain independence, and connect with their local communities. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Job description

We are looking for kind, fun, and proactive Female Support Workers to join our supported living service in Waterloo, providing support to 5 individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorders within their own self-contained apartments.

You must be prepared to ‘go the Extra Mile’ to ensure that service users are enjoying the highest quality of life and have opportunities to become more independent and connected to their communities. You will have excellent communication and team working skills whilst promoting service user’s dignity, independence and well-being. If you are calm, resourceful and proactive, this role is perfect for you.
