Job summary

V4 Vending is seeking a motivated Vending Machine Operator to cover Bristol and surrounding areas. You will drive to customer sites in a company van and ensure machines are stocked, cleaned and functioning.

The role is a 40-hour Monday-Friday contract with full training provided. Previous vending experience is advantageous but not essential, and you'll benefit from an end-of-year performance bonus and other work essentials.

Responsibilities

• Drive to customer sites in a company van and stock machines.
• Fill, clean and maintain cold drinks, coffee and snacks.
• Carry out deep cleans on coffee machines.
• Use handheld device for stock replenishment and stock takes.
• Manage stock including rotation and reporting faults.
• Handle cash collections and collect stock from Gloucester warehouse.
• Lifting of vending products; trolleys provided where possible.

We are looking for a Vending Machine Operator to cover Bristol and the surrounding areas.

40-hour contract (Monday-Friday)

End of year performance bonus

Key responsibilities

• Drive to customer sites in a company long wheelbase van
• Fill, clean and maintain cold drinks, coffee and snack vending machines
• Carry out deep cleans on coffee machines
• Use a handheld device to complete stock replenishment, carry out stock takes and update information in our vending management system
• Manage stock, including stock taking and stock rotation
• Handle cash collections
• Report machine faults through our customer helpdesk
• Carry out basic fault resolution where possible
• Collect stock from our Gloucester warehouse
• The role involves lifting vending products, including snacks, cans, bottles and coffee ingredients. Trolleys are provided where possible, although some manual lifting of heavier items is required.
• Previous vending experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.
