Job summary

Co-op Group in Leyland area is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team, ensuring excellent service and smooth daily operations. You will work 2pm–10pm, with 22 hours across a week and occasional overtime, including weekends.

A 18+ age requirement applies to age-related sales, and a 30% member discount is in place. You’ll lead merchandising, stock accuracy, and store performance while supporting community engagement and membership growth.

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 22 hours per week + regular overtime, Permanent, Part time

Working pattern: 2pm to 10pm, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift. We're happy to discuss additional availability further at interview.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
