Greggs plc in the United Kingdom seeks a Shop Manager to lead and motivate the team, delivering fast and friendly service to customers across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You’ll ensure customers have a brilliant experience whether they order in store or online.

Typical day includes leading the team, recruiting and training, managing wage and waste controls, assisting in food preparation and serving customers, and keeping the shop clean and welcoming.

• Track record as Supervisor or Line Manager.
• Experience in a food-on-the-go environment or retail.
