Co-op is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Lennoxtown to manage a small team, ensure smooth daily operations, and deliver excellent service. The role combines on-floor leadership with stock, tills, and community engagement in a busy local store.

You will drive membership, support merchandising, and help grow our community links while maintaining a welcoming, inclusive store atmosphere. This is a permanent part-time position with local hours and regular overtime.

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or team management is helpful but not essential.

• Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading the team on your shift.

• Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.

Job description

Location: 45 Main Street , Lennoxtown, G65 7HA

Pay: £14.48 per hour

Contract: 25 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time

Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) including at least 1 weekend shift, to be discussed at interview

Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store.

As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store this could involve you working in our post office or bakery or supporting online services and our home delivery drivers. Whatever the day brings, you'll play a key role in making life easier for our customers.
