Job summary

Realise Training, in partnership with St. George's Nursery in Leicester, is offering a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Apprenticeship. You will work full-time, gaining hands-on care and education experience while completing the Level 2 qualification.

You will learn on the job with dedicated trainers, supported by a friendly team, andProgress your skills towards future career opportunities within early years education. The program includes CPD, wellbeing support, and a pension scheme.

As a Level 2 Early Years Apprentice, you will support the team while working towards your qualification, gaining hands-on experience in a nurturing and professional setting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in providing high-quality care and education to children.

Working Week

Training to be Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.

You will be working towards the Level 2 Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:

• Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
• Level 2 Early Years Practitioner Qualification
• Functional skills in Maths and English if required

This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.
