Job summary

Grandir is seeking a Nursery Apprentice to provide high-quality care and education while gaining hands-on experience in a nursery setting. You will support children, engage in daily activities, and work towards recognised childcare qualifications.

You will collaborate with staff and parents, following safeguarding procedures and helping each child reach their individual needs with patience and dedication.

Qualifications

• Maths and English at Level 1 Desirable
• Positive, practical, passionate about a career in early years
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures

Responsibilities

• Identify and meet each child's individual needs
• Supervise and support children throughout the day
• Engage in activities: reading stories, helping at mealtimes, playing games, and changing nappies
