Sugarman Health & Wellbeing Limited is seeking a Healthcare Assistant for full-time night shifts in the UK. You will provide overnight care, monitoring, and support to service users in their homes, helping them stay safe and comfortable through the night.

Pay Rate: £12.72 per hour
Shifts: Full-Time Nights (8:00 PM - 8:00 AM | 5 shifts available including weekends)

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide vital overnight care, comfort, and clinical monitoring to help individuals live safely and independently at home. Your dedication ensures service users feel secure and supported through the night.
You will join a supportive 2:1 overnight team caring for a 30-year-old service user with complex needs. Although non-verbal, this individual is bright, perceptive, and fully aware of their surroundings. You will help maintain a calm, secure, and reassuring evening environment.

Flexible Pay: Reliable weekly pay (PAYE or Umbrella options) plus accrued holiday pay (PAYE).
Deliver overnight personal care, skin integrity monitoring, and repositioning.
Assist with manual handling and nighttime mobility routines.
Manage complex clinical tasks like Tracheostomy care and PEG feeding (full training provided).
Provide quiet companionship and maintain a peaceful environment.
Administer medication safely (once trained and assessed).
Maintain accurate overnight logs and report any changes in condition.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of UK professional care experience.
Skills: Tracheostomy or PEG feeding experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
Availability: Able to commit to a full-time night schedule across 5 available shifts, including weekends.
Compliance: Valid Right to Work in the UK, Enhanced DBS (or willing to apply), and a complete work history on your CV.
Transport: Full UK driving license is preferred, but reliable night commuters are welcome.
