Job summary

Medecho LTD is recruiting Locum Senior House Officers (SHO) to cover a range of specialties across NHS hospitals in the UK. Candidates must have GMC registration, valid UK right to work, and NHS SHO experience. Immediate availability is preferred, with opportunities for long or short placements.

Roles include General Medicine, Elderly Care, Respiratory Medicine, Endocrinology, Renal Medicine and more. On-site work across NHS Trusts with dedicated recruitment and compliance support.

Qualifications

• Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice.
• Valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous NHS experience at SHO level or above.
• Up-to-date mandatory training and compliance documents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients within the relevant specialty.
• Participate in ward rounds, clinics, and on-call duties where required.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with NHS standards.
