Job summary

CS UK Recruitment Ltd is assisting with a Support Worker role in an exceptional care home in the Eye/Diss area. The position is a permanent full-time role (36 hours per week) with a mix of shifts and a starting pay of £13.45 per hour (£25,178.40 per year).

You will be joining a provider delivering dementia care, with a comprehensive induction, paid training, enhanced bank holiday rates, recognition schemes, a refer-a-friend scheme, DBS costs covered, and rewards for long service.

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is required.

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Eye, Diss area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading health care providers

This service provides support for people with dementia and requires all types of care from nursing care, to residential and respite care

To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent

As a Support Worker your key duties include:

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents
• Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship
• Encourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £13.45 per hour and the annual salary is £25,178.40 per annum.
