NFP People Limited is seeking a proactive Programme Officer to support the Catholic Mission Network, a national 3-year initiative to equip Anglo-Catholic parishes for growth. Based in Hove with hybrid working, you will coordinate administration, communications, events, and resources for parishes and clergy.
Reporting to the National Missioner, the role requires excellent organisation, strong IT skills, and the ability to work with senior church leaders.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a nationally funded programme, working alongside clergy, lay leaders and senior church stakeholders to: facilitate training, communications, events, and resource development to support parishes and priests affiliated to the society.

Reporting to the National Missioner, the Programme Officer will support the day-to-day delivery of the Catholic Mission Network programme. The role combines administration, communications, event coordination, database management and online resource management. You will be the first point of contact for programme enquiries and will help ensure that CMN activities are delivered efficiently and effectively.

All post holders are expected to share this commitment and to comply with the relevant safeguarding policy. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check, and the post will involve travelling around the Diocese, some evening work and occasional work at weekends.
