ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT LTD is seeking a Building Surveyor for a hybrid role based in Swinton. The successful candidate will deliver services to clients across private, education, and local authority sectors, handling early stage design and feasibility work and developing briefs with clients.

The role involves detailed design, production information, and functioning as Project Manager, including contract administration as Lead Discipline on capital projects and carrying out professional surveying

Responsabilidades

• Have responsibility for early stage design and feasibility work
• Develop detailed briefs in conjunction with the client
• Carry out detailed design work and prepare production information
• Undertake the role of Project Manager
• Administer building contracts act as 'Lead Discipline' on programmed capital projects
• Undertake all aspects of professional surveying work (including surveys, PW work, dilapidations, DDA & FRA's)
• Carry out inspections when required to resolve building defects, assigning contractors and managing the works.

Building Surveyor (Hybrid) based in Swinton, £21.51ph PAYE - Reference: 000B 6159 / 1

This role is for a Building Surveyor and they will be responsible for service delivery to a wide range of clients in designing solutions in the private, education and local authority sectors.

This is working full time hours on temporary contract.
