Keys Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential service in Hinckley. You will lead a welcoming team, manage daily operations and ensure high standards of care for residents with complex needs.
A driving license is essential, and you will support care planning, staff supervision and regulatory compliance. The role offers a structured induction, ongoing professional development, and generous benefits, including sleep-in allowances and access to employee welfare programs.
JOB ROLE:Deputy Manager - Children's Residential
LOCATION:Hinckley
PLUSadditional £3k - £6k for sleep ins (based on 4 - 8 per month)
HOURS:Full-time, 39 hours per week
REQUIREMENTS:Full UK Manual Driving License with access to a vehicle - essential.

As a Deputy Manager:
Reporting to the Registered Manager, you play an integral part of our warm and knowledgeable team.
You will play an active role in creating a welcoming, structured & safe home for our Children. You will lead by example to set clear expectations across the team - whether this is embedding solid practices or interacting in our favourite hobbies - as a Deputy Manager, you will be at the heart of everything we do.

As a Deputy Manager:
We are looking for a Deputy Manager who has:
